One-time setup fee: one month of your plan (minimum $299). Fixila Enterprise setup fee: per proposal.
Response times are targets for when we start working on your request. Hourly work outside a plan is billed in 15-minute increments after the first hour.
Minimum 2 users on Fixila SB; Fixila Enterprise starts at 5 users, or by proposal. Each user covers up to 2 devices.
Software included in each tier
- Core: Remote monitoring and management (RMM) agent, managed antivirus and endpoint protection, patch management, remote support tool.
- Plus: Adds backup software for Microsoft 365 and workstations, email filtering, and the security training platform.
- Pro: Adds network monitoring and the IT documentation platform.
Not included (billed separately): Microsoft 365 and other software licenses, line-of-business and specialty software, extra security tools beyond the tier, hardware, and projects.

Do you work with very small businesses?
Yes. Fixila SB is built for small teams that don't have their own IT person.
Can you come on site?
Yes. We're local to the Front Range and visit when hands-on work is needed. Most day-to-day help happens remotely, which is faster for you.
What if we already have an IT provider?
We can take over cleanly, or work alongside them for specific projects like security checkups or a new network.
