Questions people ask
How is consulting priced?
Strategy work is priced by proposal as a retainer, fixed fee or hourly. Projects are fixed-price, quoted after a free scoping call.
What's the difference between strategy and projects?
Strategy is advice and leadership: deciding what to do, planning and readiness. Projects are hands-on: we implement, migrate or rebuild, then hand it over documented.
How is this different from Fixila SB and Fixila Enterprise?
Quick small-business jobs like office moves and POS installs are part of Fixila SB. Ongoing services like co-managed IT and security testing are part of Fixila Enterprise. Consulting handles leadership and defined projects.
Can you work alongside our current IT provider?
Yes. Consulting often complements an in-house team or a managed provider rather than replacing them.
