Backups before drive work
We always ask before touching a drive. If you'd like a backup first, add Data backup or transfer. Without it, Fixila isn't responsible for data on the device.
Data backup or transfer is $89 ($69 for Care members) for up to 250 GB, and $25 for each extra 250 GB. Copying to your own drive or cloud account is included.

The drive is yours to keep. Fixila doesn't keep copies of your data after the job.

We pick it up
Free in the core metro. We can also help remotely first if it might be a quick software fix.
Diagnose and quote
We find the problem and send you the price. Nothing happens until you say yes.
Fixed and returned
We repair, test and bring it back, and walk you through anything that changed.

How much does the diagnostic cost?
The diagnostic is $49, and it's credited toward the repair if you go ahead. It's free for Fixila Care members.
Do you repair devices bought anywhere?
Yes. Windows laptops and desktops, Macs, and iPhone and Android phones, wherever you bought them.
Will I lose my files?
We always ask before touching a drive. If you'd like a backup first, add Data backup or transfer. Without it, Fixila isn't responsible for data on the device.
What's covered by the warranty?
60-day workmanship warranty; parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. If a repair fails within the 60-day workmanship warranty, we redo it at no labor charge.
Is it worth repairing, or should I replace it?
We'll tell you honestly. If the repair costs more than the device is worth, we'll say so and help you choose a replacement.
