What kinds of businesses is it for?
Any service business: plumbing, HVAC, electrical, cleaning, landscaping, handyman, pest control, appliance repair, garage doors, locksmiths, pool service, repair shops and IT.
What does Early Access mean?
We're taking our first 10 businesses. The features marked "Available now" are ready to use today, and the rest are coming. Founding customers get free onboarding and their price locked for 2 years.
How long is the contract?
Month-to-month or annual. Annual plans get 2 months free and free onboarding.
What happens if I cancel?
You can export all your data before you go. Your account stays open to the end of the period you've paid for, and your data is deleted 30 days after cancellation.
Can I keep my payment processor?
Use the payment processor you already have — Square, Clover, Stripe, Authorize.net and more. Tell us what you use and we'll connect it. If yours can't connect, we'll set you up with built-in payments so you're never stuck.
Do you take a cut of payments?
No. Your processor charges its own fees; we don't add one.
I run an IT shop. What if I use a different RMM?
The IT add-on, coming soon, will connect to NinjaOne first, with software licenses bought through authorized distribution partners, and every feature works without an RMM integration. Tell us which RMM you use.
Is it only for Colorado?
No. Colorado sales tax is built in; elsewhere, you set your own tax rates.
When is support available?
