What is managed IT?
Managed IT means an outside team looks after your technology for a monthly fee: answering your staff's questions, keeping computers updated and protected, watching backups, managing accounts and fixing problems, often before you notice them. It replaces surprise repair bills with a predictable cost and a partner who knows your setup.
