Microsoft 365 and backups, done right.

Business email on your own domain, Teams, shared files and calendars, set up securely, plus backups so nothing is lost if an account is deleted or hit by ransomware.

Quoted for your team

Does Microsoft 365 need its own backup?

Yes. Microsoft keeps its service running, but deleted mail and files are only kept for a limited time, and ransomware can encrypt files that then sync everywhere. A separate Microsoft 365 backup lets you restore email, OneDrive and SharePoint to any point, which most small businesses discover only after they need it.

Questions people ask

Can you move us from Google Workspace or another email provider?

Yes. We migrate email, calendars and contacts and plan the switch to minimize downtime.

Which Microsoft 365 plan do we need?

Usually Business Basic, Standard or Premium. We'll recommend based on what you use, not the most expensive option.

Where are backups stored?

With a separate backup provider, outside your Microsoft 365 account, so they're safe if the account is compromised.
