Where do you work?
Along Colorado's Front Range, from Cheyenne, Wyoming to Pueblo, including the Denver metro, Boulder and Colorado Springs. We're based in Centennial. Outside the area, Fixila Care Remote covers you by phone and remote session.
Do you charge to come look at something?
The first checkup is free: 30 minutes in your home or by phone to look at your security, backups and Wi-Fi. For repairs, the diagnostic is credited toward the repair.
Do you only work on certain brands?
No. Windows and Mac computers, iPhone and Android, printers, Wi-Fi gear, cameras and smart home devices, wherever you bought them.
Will you try to sell me things I don't need?
No. We explain your options in plain English, recommend what actually fixes the problem, and you decide.
