Questions people ask

How much does a custom PC cost?

Labor is $149 for the Build and $249 for Build + Ready to Use, less for Care members. Parts are at cost, with no markup, and you approve the parts list before anything is ordered.

Do I have to buy the parts from you?

No. We can order the parts for you, or you can bring your own.

Can my kid help build it?

Yes. Fixila Academy runs build-a-PC workshops, and guided builds where your child keeps the PC.

Can you upgrade my current PC instead?

Often that's the better value. Memory, storage and graphics upgrades are in the repair price guide.
