How much a backup covers
Data backup or transfer is $89 ($69 for Care members) for up to 250 GB, and $25 for each extra 250 GB. Copying to your own drive or cloud account is included.

How much data does a backup or transfer cover?
Up to 250 GB is included in the Data backup or transfer price, and each extra 250 GB costs a little more; see the prices below. Copying to your own drive or cloud account is included. If you need a drive, you can buy one from us, and it's yours to keep.
Can you recover files from a dead drive?
Often, if the drive still powers on. If it has physical damage, we'll tell you honestly and point you to a specialist recovery lab rather than risk making it worse.
Which backup should I use?
Usually both: an external drive at home and a cloud copy. We'll set up what fits your devices and budget.
Will you see my private files?
We only open what we need to confirm the transfer or recovery worked. Fixila doesn't keep copies of your data after the job.
