How long does a Microsoft 365 or Azure migration take?
It depends on users, data and complexity. A small Microsoft 365 email migration can take a few weeks including planning; a larger Azure migration with servers, identity and applications usually runs in phases over several months. A discovery call and assessment produce a realistic timeline and a migration plan before any work starts.
